It’s not just about capturing flawless, over-the-top makeup with crazy Gaussian Blur filter images anymore; it’s about celebrating the beauty in imperfection & creating an experience & portraits that are unique to you with a touch of glam that isn’t over the top. Empowering Your Self-Acceptance

As you age, self-acceptance becomes increasingly important. I’m here to encourage you to embrace your imperfections, love yourselves unconditionally, and celebrate who you’ve become. By now we all have a few stray hairs in places we hate, like those pesky chin hairs and let’s not forget those 3cm ones coming out of our neck! like WTAF! I’ve completely got you, if I see one I will remove it for you, but remember it goes both ways, if you see one on me I expect the same courtesy right?! lol There’s also the pesky weight gain for most of us around the middle that we just can’t seem to shift. This is now our new normal & guess what, that’s ok. I think getting older we soon realise that it’s ok to just be ok with ourselves, just the way we are, unless of course, health issues come into play. We are not in our 20s any more ladies, we are women who have experiences under our belts, and maybe have children & grandchildren. We have careers or have raised a beautiful big family or both, or have lived a life of adventure or have had to deal with adversity & sadness. Accepting our lives & our current bodies & how they have played out up until now cannot be changed but it can be embraced. What I have found however from this beautiful experience, is that you find a newfound confidence, a spring in your step, you are more at peace with who you are right now, and you find more “Self Acceptance”.

Let’s talk about including these in your session if you need them. My glamour photography sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to express yourself freely and authentically. I don’t go crazy on the heavy filters of years gone by, I do add a lovely soft filter to your photos but they are all you. As I have mentioned this is a customised experience & we discuss the level of editing at our planning session, I can remove or soften anything at your request, or if you prefer no filters, I can do that too, this is a judgement-free space. Posing & directing you into flattering positions is also my bag, & having the most beautiful photos you have ever seen of yourself, something you will be proud of & want to share with friends & family is the ultimate goal.
